Where is patient data stored?

On servers in Canada.

Who owns the data?

Your clinic owns its patient records. We store and process them on your behalf.

Is there a PHIPA certification?

No. Ontario doesn't certify software for PHIPA. What matters is how a clinic and its software handle health information day to day: access controls, audit trails, consent and clear agreements. That's what we build around.

Can I switch from my current system?

Not yet. At launch we're focused on clinics starting fresh or moving off paper. Join the list and we'll let you know when switching opens.

Do you support Quebec?

Not yet. We're launching in Ontario and BC first.
